We are now looking for a passionate restaurant manager who wants to take our restaurant to the next level!
Only 20 minutes from central Gothenburg lies our manor house, a place for conference guests, wedding couples & life enthusiasts to meet. Now we want to take the restaurant even further - with you at the helm.
Your mission
As a restaurant manager, you will play a central and creative role in our business. You will:
- Lead and inspire our service team: head waiters, waiters, breakfast and lunch staff
- Develop and refine our food and beverage concept: from breakfast buffet to dinner menu and special events.
- Actively participate in daily operations and continuously train your team to raise the level of knowledge and service experience.
- Work towards common financial goals and be a key player in the management team.
We are looking for you as:
- Has documented experience in restaurant leadership.
- Passionate about gastronomy and have a great interest in drinks - perhaps you have a sommelier education or similar?
- Are creative, solution-oriented and confident in your leadership.
- Have a structured working method and like to coach, motivate and develop your employees.
Previous experience from restaurant, hotel and conference operations is a requirement.

About the role:
- We are looking for someone who is a trained chef with at least 3 years of experience, preferably with previous experience from hotels and fine dining. We love creativity and hope you do too! Exploring your skills and developing is important to us, as is being stress-resistant – this is a must in our industry, as every day is not the same.
- You have good knowledge and think it's just as much fun with hot and cold cooking.
- We see being service-minded and having the guest in focus as a matter of course.
- Since we are basically a conference facility but also target private guests as well as party and wedding guests, it is important that you are adaptable in these three fields.
Qualifications:
- Has experience in similar work as a cook.
- Can deliver exceptional service.
- Is communicative and has the ability to work closely with the kitchen manager.
- Able to navigate and solve problems in a busy environment.
- Is dedicated to creating a positive and professional atmosphere.

You radiate a wonderful energy and can work well together with your employees to ensure that our guests are satisfied. You are calm and stress-resistant in situations where necessary.
