Crisis Preparedness & Fire – A Meaningful Conference Activity

Do you want to give your conference group more than just meetings – a shared experience that also strengthens security and togetherness? Then our activity can Crisis Preparedness & Fire be an excellent choice. It combines concrete emergency preparedness with a practical and engaging outdoor exercise.

During an interactive, structured lecture, we will go over how to handle unexpected situations, such as longer power outages. You will be given tools to make personal emergency plans – adapted to your individual circumstances. Then we will take a step into nature where you will try making a fire with a kindling – a fun, educational and bonding activity that will provide a tangible memory.

Group size: maximum 50 people, but we recommend 4–40 participants.

For larger groups, we can hold lectures without heating (at a slightly lower price).

Time required: approximately 2 hours.

Price: SEK 6,000 for up to 20 participants, then SEK 250/person.

Mental strength in nature – Mindfulness for focus and recovery

Take a break from impressions and must-do's. During this quiet activity, we move the focus of the conference out into nature and let mindfulness help the body and mind settle in. Through guided exercises, we practice presence, breathing, and creating mental clarity – something that both strengthens focus and provides recovery.

Participants will gain practical tools that can be used in both work and private life to reduce stress, increase concentration and create sustainable energy in everyday life. A calm, inclusive experience that really does good.

Time required: about 1,5 hours

Group size: 4–30 people

Price: SEK 300/person (minimum SEK 4,000)

 

Mega SUP

To get up to speed on a MegaSUP, you need to cooperate from start to finish - so a perfect activity for team building. You can fit 6-10 people on one board, if you are a large group you can use several boards and compete against each other. Just like with regular SUP, you don't need any prior knowledge to paddle, it's an activity that suits everyone. Number: 4-40 people.

SUP yoga

Taking yoga out on the water is a wonderful experience, and you don't need to have done yoga or SUP before to join. We do yoga at a leisurely pace and mix standing and sitting positions, you always have options and can adapt based on your conditions. SUP yoga is a fun way to challenge balance and strength and, above all, it's a nice moment close to nature. Number: 2-40 pers.

Price: 595:-/person (minimum: 3600:-) Instructor, wetsuit and shoes included. Time required: 1-2 hours

 

The battle of the treasure

A fast-paced and entertaining team building in three parts, auction, multi-combat and treasure hunt. We start with an auction where the teams can bid on various things that will later have some significance in the competition. It is important to have a gut feeling for which items the team will bid home as some of these have a symbolic value in an upcoming all-round match. With the map and clues won, the teams must then settle the fight for the treasure. The competition is not decided until the lid of the treasure chest is opened and the treasure is found. We recommend 6-8 people/team.

Mission Completed

By law, you are assigned a backpack and tablet and must use it to navigate to around 40 points that we have placed in the area. Here you are faced with various assignments, everything from logical thinking, clever questions and creative assignments. Some missions also require you to photograph or film - all to collect as many points as possible. Beware of customs zones, if you enter these the team will suffer minus points. We recommend about 5 people/team.

Shooting

Challenge your colleagues to a shooting and precision competition and see who is the most accurate. You can run the activity in teams or individually. You can try the following precision disciplines: archery, blowpipe, air rifle, air pistol and slingshot.

Price SEK 350/person (minimum SEK 4500). Time required 1,5-2 h. 5-50 people.

 

Catapult construction

Already the ancient Greeks built catapults and such were used right up until the First World War. The method is still used today at take-off for aircraft from ships. In this activity, each group is given materials to build a catapult with which they will compete in marksmanship and accuracy against the other groups. This is a construction activity and shooting competition, using this ancient method.

Price SEK 1850/catapult (at least three catapults). Time required approximately 1,5h

 

Team WORK

The team fight is an activity filled with challenges that create group dynamics. You are divided into groups that compete against each other in team exercises, which are adapted so that everyone can participate regardless of age and physique. Everyone is involved in the branches. Can be done both indoors and outdoors.

Price SEK 335/person (minimum SEK 4500). We recommend 6-7 people/team. Time required 1,5-2h

 

Box car construction

Create your own boxcar using bolts, strings and wheels. When all groups have finished building their car, there will be a race with different heats until a winning car is produced. From this, a car must be constructed with which the teams then compete in a box car race. 6-7 pers/car, at least 3 cars.

Performed outdoors. Price SEK 1750/car. Time required: 1,5h

 

The sports games

The Games begin with a grand ceremony where participants are divided into nations, awarded flags and march together towards the competition arena, ready to swear the Aventi oath to give it their all in the upcoming competitions. When the torch is lit, the Games are underway and it's time to show what you can achieve together in a series of sports-related competitions before it's time to compete in the thrilling final.

Sauna raft on Lake Aspen

Experience a sauna and pleasant community in a unique setting on Lake Aspen. Here you get the chance to experience a fantastic environment with warm saunas and refreshing dips. From the 50 square meter raft, which is equipped with a sauna, lounge area and patio, you can enjoy the beautiful view through panoramic windows. If you wish to have a picnic basket with goodies to take with you, we will of course arrange this. Number: We recommend groups of up to 12 people. Transport: Collection by boat takes place directly at Aspenäs Herrgård's own jetty. The transport to the sauna raft takes about 5 minutes.

Price: 600:-/person, minimum 5 people. Can be booked March-October. Time required: approx. 2 hours

BOUQUET TYING & INSPIRATION

Together with Ewa Strömberg & flower republic you create bouquets in the theme of the season, we go through how to make the right flower selection, colors, trends and the spiral technique which is the key to success with your bouquets! During this evening, lovely bouquets are made in the flowers of the season and each participant will of course take home their own bouquet!

Time required approx. 2h. Price for up to 8 participants: fixed price SEK 5000, for each person in excess: SEK 595/person. Option: Bouquet deluxe, SEK 250/person.

 

WREATH FORMATION & INSPIRATION

Together with Ewa Strömberg & Flower republic, we tie door and table wreaths in the season's theme. We go through different techniques and different materials. All participants create their own personal wreath with very different materials to decorate with. Each participant gets their wreath home.

Time required approx. 2h. Price for up to 8 participants: fixed price SEK 5000, for each person in excess: SEK 595/person.

 

SOMETHING TO BITE - DINNER ACTIVITY IN SEVERAL PARTS

Each table is assigned a tablet and you will take turns tackling different categories between courses. Each category contains different moments where you are challenged with questions, tricky and creative tasks but also conversation topics to get to know each other better and exchange both great stories and hopefully lots of laughs.

Here you are treated to an entertaining quiz. We start by stepping into the 70s and make our way up to today, with a few detours along the way. By law, you can go along on a nostalgia trip through history and answer questions about film, music, sports and much more. We recommend 6-8 people per team.

The Melody Masters

Melodimästarna Musical joy is promised in this interactive music competition where you choose the topics. Through singing, writing and musical joy, we fill up with energy, create a lively atmosphere and strengthen the cohesion of the group. The competition kicks off with the "First minute" part, an intense and fun start that gets the whole gang going. After that, our enthusiastic host leads you through an exciting musical menu with themes such as hard rock, the 90s, rewritten lyrics and covers.

line dance

Line dance is a form of dance where you don't need a partner. The dances are performed in lines and consist of a number of steps that are repeated and danced to country music.

The prisoners at the conference

A fun activity that suits everyone and welds the group together. You are divided into groups, where the team together is faced with challenges and cleverness. If the mission is successful, the team receives a key. The team that ends up with the most keys gets to open the treasure chest where there is a prize for the winning team. We recommend 4-6 people per team.

DA vinci code

Da Vinci was both an artist, scientist and engineer. He lived 500 years ahead of his time in many ways. He was incredibly afraid of others stealing his ideas and therefore coded his inventions. Here we have used some of his creations. You are divided into teams that are allowed to enter different rooms, where you have to solve different tasks with Da Vinci's creations and come up with a number in time in each room. The team that has obtained the combined number code from the different rooms in the shortest time gets to try to get the combination lock that goes to the prize chest. We recommend 4-6 people per team.

On the right track

The layout is roughly the same as in the popular TV program På spåret. We start the journey and the challenge is to figure out where we are going. Legally, knowledge is put to the test and team spirit is important when together we have to answer questions about our destination. Also available with layout in English.

brain game

Clever and energetic challenge that requires cooperation in the team. Your cooperation skills are put to the test in fun ways through various exercises that include coordination, cleverness and problem solving. You yourself set up a strategy for how you want to allocate your time and which team members should solve the various tasks within the time frame in order to collect as many points as possible. The catch is that everyone in the team must be able to show the solution. We recommend approx. 5 people per team.

Escape Box

The experience is reminiscent of that found in Escape Rooms around the world. Escape Box is full of exciting riddles, puzzles, maps, books, formulas, surprises and secrets. The more tasks you solve, the further you get into the box. The team that solves the mission first within 60 minutes wins! Can also be completed in English. We recommend approx. 4 people per team.

Murder mystery

An unforgettable dinner in true detective spirit with a "killer" in the company!

Who is the killer? Who can be trusted?

With us, together with a group of friends or colleagues, you can experience an evening in true deck spirit while eating good food. There are different Murder Mysteries to choose from and they can be done in both Swedish and English. Murder mystery is a fun and exciting way to get to know sides of your colleagues that you didn't think existed.

All are suspects – one is guilty. Maybe YOU are the killer.

After an introduction, all participants receive instructions about their character and settle down to dinner. It is there that the riddle must be solved. All participants get their own role with their own clues and their own tasks to be carried out during the dinner. Around the table there are e.g. Commissioner Wallander, Pastor Ulf Smekman and investigative reporter Dan Guillou.

By discussing and asking questions to the others, you must find out who the murderer is. Everyone gets to present their theory about who the killer is and why he or she did it. Each participant chooses for himself which level he wants to place his actions. An instructor is at the table and helps the plot move forward. A murder mystery is a perfect activity for those of you who like to mingle and want to get to know your colleagues in a light-hearted way.

Experience a moment in true detective spirit!

Crime investigation is a fun and exciting activity that you solve together in teams of 4-6 people. Time required: approx. 2h. Number: 10-250 people. Price: SEK 425/person (minimum SEK 5100)

 

Workout

 

Qi Gong

Qi Gong is a Chinese philosophy with 5000 years of history. We perform slow movements in combination with breathing exercises and concentration on the energy flow in the different parts of the body. The exercises are done to calm music and are easy to follow.

Climbing at Grepp

Grepp is one of Sweden's most popular climbing gyms and is only a 20-minute drive from Aspenäs Herrgård! At Grepp, you can try both bouldering and rope climbing with their talented instructors who will challenge you and keep you safe throughout the activity. Climbing is a great sport that anyone can do at their own level. Climbing is challenging, fun, social and almost without thinking about it, the whole body gets a really good workout!

Icebreaker is a short break of a few minutes that raises the energy level in the group.

We are happy to help develop proposals.

 

With us, it is possible to hold activities on your own.

• We have, among other things, cub, croquet and bocce for lending.
• Feel free to borrow exercise mats, jump ropes and rubber bands on our lawn for a workout
• We also have a canoe for loan for you who want to take a paddle trip on Aspen lake.
• Sauna, billiards, exercise room and board games are available in our conference halls.
• For those of you who want to go for a run, there are beautiful exercise tracks near the mansion.
• A dip in Aspen is also a warm recommendation.
